Licencia de Maternidad: se amplía exclusivamente la licencia de maternidad la cual pasa de 14 a 18 semanas. Así misma la posibilidad de que el padre disfrute de la licencia de la madre; esta se extiende a no sólo la muerte de aquella, sino también a la enfermedad que le impida el cuidado del menor. Por otro lado la semana de las licencias preparto no dependerá de lo que decida la madre sino de lo que el médico defina entre 0 y 2 semanas previas a la fecha probable del parto.
